Seven of the twelve open houses scheduled this weekend on Mercer Island are for homes listed below $1,000,000. Two of the twelve island opens are being held today, Saturday Nov. 14th. Don’t forget, the Home Buyer Tax Credit has been extended for first time home buyers, and expanded to include a group of buyers who already own a primary residence.
